		<description><![CDATA[I have to deal with technical issues all of the time at the school I work in but most of the time we can work through them.  One strategy that might help is to make sure that the teachers who are using the lab or computers understand their limitations.  There is nothing more frustrating that students having to do a project on computers that a below standard in regard to the applications that they need to use.  Another one of Murphyâ€™s Laws that might apply would probably go along the lines of as educational technology demands go up state educational funding remains the same.]]></description>
