Posts that will make you think
Obstacles, challenges, questions, and many other issues are being blogged about in this professor’s class. Take a look at these post titles:
Teaching Writing and Pulling Teeth
Choice withing mandated curriculum
Challenges of the technological age
Thoughts on the Art of Wrangling 6th Graders
Teaching with Technology: Harmonious Chaos
The Practical Impractically of Technology
To be technical, or not to be technical? That is the question.
Now one or more of those just have to whet your appetite. Travel over to the student blogs and give them some input on many questions that we have already tossed around over the past few years. It gives you a good view on what’s going on inside the heads of our students who are face-to-face with some of the obstacles we have encountered. then just hearing another view can help with their learning. This class has just started blogging this semester. Hearing from others outside their class may just keep those voices in the arena! Help them overcome their obstacles!

Some good thoughtful stuff here - and intersting to see how poor provision of technology isnot confined to semi-rural Scotland!

Thank you for your thoughts and links…I too am in a study group of teachers beginning to use these new tools for teaching, learning, and living in the Digital Age. Thanks for the insights and for sharing these connections. They will be valuable on our journey.

Great links! Thanks for sharing.
I like the discussion on PowerPoint. I often hear the idea of “PowerPointlessness” in the education world and think that we need to be careful with how we teach and use it.

Hello. I simply just wanted tell you that some parts of your web site can be hard to read for me, as I am color blind. I am afflicted by deuteranopia, on the other hand you can find more types of color blindness that will also get challenges. I can recognize the largest part of the site Okay, plus the areas I have difficulties with I will be able to read by using a special internet browser. However, it would be awesome if you could consider us color-blind men and women when doing the subsequent site revamp. Thanks.
