DOPA has had me down in the dumps! I needed some humor and found some today. Check out how David Lee King celebrates his second anniversary of blogging with “Are you blogging this?” He says:
I’m going to give you some good, old-fashioned entertainment (well, maybe not old-fashioned). I’m going to give you a song. And a video. About Web 2.0.
I love it! It gave me a “well-needed” laugh. Hope it does the same for you!

Thanks for sharing the link to the video – too bad only about 15 people in my school district would have ANY idea what he’s talking about. . . . My district already filters anything with the words pod, blog, wiki, email, social networking, frappr, myspace, etc. so I’ve been trying for a year to convince the powers-that-be to UNBLOCK them and let me do fun web 2.0 stuff with my students, and now DOPA. To say I’m a little discouraged would be an understatement — I’m having trouble getting psyched to write lessons for this new year because I was hoping to blog, podcast, wiki, moodle, etc. I guess I’ll have to focus on DI, PLC, CQI and the other assorted acronyms they’re pushing this fall. But I can still take the kids to Delicious, Flickr and Think! All is not lost!
