		<description>&lt;a&gt;&lt;/a&gt;I think perhaps the best element of blogging is the process of reading and writing that it promotes. By their very nature blogs promote literacy - yes, good old fashioned literacy. And as Martha Stewart is fond of saying, "That's a good thing."
