		<description>&lt;a&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Yes, the radio comments feature seems to have little glitches here and there.  Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.  I don't mind the discussion feature of Manila, but I dislike the fact that a person needs to become a member to leave a message.  What to do?
