Okay, when class resumes in January, I'll begin by taking the students online to view your student blogs, pick one, and comment. We'll have to set up a class blog but I wish I had Manilla to work with! Oh well, I'll get one up and running!

Your students are soooo fabulous! I'm so impressed with their writing. I learned about CNN Student News for the first time from one of your students who blogged that she's been watching it since 3rd grade and that it has really helped her make connections in her writing! And it really shows in the writing--the kids are clear, use facts and details, AND do so in their own unique style, some more journalistic than others, but still, much more accomplished than I would have imagined. SuperThinker is learning alot about the blogging that is possible with elementary school kids--Bravo, Anne!

P.S. My 5th grade teacher would love to have her students comment on your students' blogs after the Christmas break. I smell a little cross country collaboration here...What do you think?
