I'd be interested in your ideas/thoughts/ideas about keeping a rolling discussion log to link support staff members throughout the district in contact with one another. Often we are unable to be reached by phone and our questions/concerns come and go...but spending time in a room for hours hashing through "issues" takes away from instructional support time. I think that blogging could be a more efficient way to think our way through "issues" prior to physical meetings to make meetings more streamlined and efficient. Thoughts, comments?
